		<description>Very cool idea! I really like the design as well. I agree about the concept being important. A very nice way of letting those who are seeking support find it via twitter without having to search out the company and it&#039;s responders via a twitter search. Good for the company, great for those looking for support.

Still, a lot of people will just go on twitter/facebook and tell everyone about it. Large companies should still be using some form of social media monitoring to find those that could hurt the brand.
