Hello (admin?),

Thank you very much for the write up! I'm glad you like it. Your presentation of the service is great (soon to be on the Press page).

It's just the beginning; like you said, it will eventually support sharing with other relevant social networks.

I'm @georgesduverger and @readonlythis on Twitter. Feel free to ping me if you've any questions or suggestions.

Cheers,
Georges

I agree the interface was very easy to use. Min. follower ratio and Klout score were interesting filters. I'd love to see some case studies that determine optimal settings.

Very cool idea! I really like the design as well. I agree about the concept being important. A very nice way of letting those who are seeking support find it via twitter without having to search out the company and it's responders via a twitter search. Good for the company, great for those looking for support.

Still, a lot of people will just go on twitter/facebook and tell everyone about it. Large companies should still be using some form of social media monitoring to find those that could hurt the brand.

If you'd like to take a spin of our listening platform, let us know!

[...] You can also add games and all kinds of other applications to your footer. You’d be surprised what you can do with this toolbar. While it may not increase your traffic 100 folds, it does give you a better chance to engage your visitors and get their attention. Another good social toolbar to add and a very good alternative to Skysa. [...]

I don't think you should be banned for using a tool. People have the option to verify accounts of those they follow. We use a toll called Tweet Whistle to promote our web site and it's done us good. We definitely could not get the traffic on our site in such a short time for the same money using traditional SEO and link building without it. So add this one to your list also. They have a demo so you can give it a test drive. Check it out at friendaddertools.com
